Forward deployed engineer

Peter
Peržo.

I build software, deploy AI, and ship automations for the founders, operators, and partners running real businesses.

Forward
deployed
engineering.

Forward deployed means I do not build and disappear. I embed for months. Long enough to learn how the business actually runs — the workarounds, the edge cases, the parts no one writes down. What I ship fits that reality, not the slide-deck version of it.

i.

Fast execution

Working solutions in weeks, not quarters. Once we start, you see real progress fast.

ii.

Right tool for the job

Tech that actually fits — not whatever's trending. The latest models when they earn their place; proven, boring tools the rest of the time.

iii.

Fully present

Slack, WhatsApp, calls, your office — however you work, that's how I work. Embedded with your business, your team, and your constraints.

iv.

End to end

I think about the whole picture — from database to UI to what happens when this breaks Saturday night and you're at dinner.

How we'd
start.

Most engagements move through three phases. The shape is fixed; the work is not.

Week 1

Phase i.

Pilot week

A short paid pilot. We pick one real problem, I build something concrete, and you see exactly how I work before committing further. If we're not a fit, we both know fast — and you keep what I built.

Months 1-6

Phase ii.

Embedded

If we both want to keep going, I take on roughly 40 hours of focused work per month with your team. Six-month minimum — because real change doesn't happen in two-week sprints. Regular contact, not constant: no daily standups, no recurring planning meetings, no noise for noise's sake. Just shipping, and an honest check-in when priorities need to shift.

Month 6+

Phase iii.

Whatever makes sense

Some clients keep me embedded indefinitely. Others have me build the thing, document it, train someone internal, and step back. Both are fine — the goal is your business running better, not me staying forever.
